She serves as our internal board of directors — offering perspective, accountability, and guidance as we grow. Joy built the foundation of First Wave Supply’s culture: clarity, integrity, and long-term thinking.
Her focus now is on mentoring leadership, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that every direction we take aligns with the company’s mission to build better.

My background is in Architecture and Design, with experience in both urban revitalization and interior systems. Today, I apply that same mindset to business operations—building frameworks that help our people, partners, and projects thrive.

Our Culture
We are followers of Christ bringing the Great Commission with us to the construction industry.
Christ cares how we build our cities. He cares what they are made of. He is The Cornerstone. He is the Great Architect. He built homes during His time here on Earth. And he is building a place for us now. He told us that He is going away so that He can prepare a place for us in His Father’s house. With His own hands, He builds homes even now.
And we believe He has an opinion about how homes are constructed here.
Homes that aren't moldy. Or Flimsy. Or Cold. Homes that don't collapse under snow, or earthquakes.
Homes that don't burn down, but last for generations to come.
We want to see our buildings last longer than 50 years. We want to see them last for generations. Scripture says that a wise man leaves an inheritance for his children's children.
That means we need to be making buildings that last that long. We want to plant trees that we will never sit in the shade of, and know that we’ve done something our lineage can be proud of.
We are here to craft a legacy. A lineage. A heritage.
And we feel the weight of that.
